- Check-in Time: from 12pm, if you are early you can store your bags and enjoy the beach
- Check-out Time: until 10:00am.
- Payment: Cash (THB) or Credit Card (THB - 3% surcharge) only upon arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: Up to 15 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
- Reception Hours: Main reception (Bikes, tours, ferries etc) 07:00 to 20:00.

We are here to take care of you and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
We’re happy to help you with anything, so please don’t hesitate if you have any questions, problems or complaints. Our office hours are 7AM-8PM.
Check In time is 12PM-8PM. If you arrive before that and the bed is available, we are more than happy to check you in earlier!
To keep our beautiful resort and hostel nice, chill and safe for everyone, we have a few rules to follow to ensure comfort and safety of all guests.
1. PLEASE. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS PERMITTED IN DORM ROOMS. Drugs are illegal in Thailand! All the alcohol found in dorm rooms will be confiscatedThere are cheap beers and good food available in our bar and restaurant!
2. PLEASE. RESPECT OUR NO NOISE POLICY BETWEEN 11PM AND 7AM. We offer a nice tranquil property and while everyone likes having a good time, please take your night time festivities out to the local bars.
3. Check out time is 10AM, so please make sure you will take all your belongings down before that time. If you would like to extend your stay – please inform us as soon as possible, so that we can be sure we have a spot!
